Polarimeter are instruments which measure the rotation of the plane of plarization in certain liquids.It can Detect Levo & Dextro Subsatnce directly. It has Digital readout for degrees and on Display instructions for calibration.
The Instrument Comprises of:-
1. Sample Chamber:- the chamner can accomodate max, length of 20 cm of tube
2. Polaroid Wheel :- the position of this wheel is related to degree’s
3.Intensity Meter:- this reads intensity of light after it emerges from analyzer.
This accuracy of result depends on how sharp minimum is located on the meter.
4.LCD display :- 16x4 LCD is used for display. Full instruction are displayed on screen
5.keyped:- soft touch buttons for calibration and read outs
